Fleet based Amend. Ord v2

active
Zoning CasecitywideNotableCity Council
The city proposes updating its zoning code to define and regulate fleet-based services, which are businesses that operate and maintain groups of vehicles, along with service stations and accessory electric vehicle charging. The changes would require fleet-based services and service stations to be 150 feet from homes and residential zoning districts, require a Council Use Permit for light fleet-based services in the LC District, and keep fleet vehicle parking, charging, and storage at ground level except in the GI and HI Districts, where a 30-foot height limit would apply.
