To access certain features, you must create an account by providing a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service beyond what is permitted
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
  • Reproduce, distribute, or resell any content from the Service without permission

5. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate summaries, insights, and analysis of public government data. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or omissions. Such content is provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as legal, financial, or professional advice.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding public government data) are the property of Municue and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Public government data presented through the Service remains in the public domain.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Municue shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice.
