Obtain the final ordinance parcel list for Residential Estate change
Why now: The Planning Commission acted on a resolution on 2026-08-12 (6-0) with one set of legal descriptions, while the 2026-09-17 City Council ordinance recites different lot groupings, and the Council result is not in these records.
What to do: Get the adopted or filed ordinance text and compare its legal descriptions to the Planning Commission resolution before advising any landowner. Ask whether description differences affect which lots were noticed and reclassified.
