Data Center Policy Framework

The City Council is asked to adopt a general policy that hyperscale data centers will not be actively recruited, incentivized, or given tax abatements, rebates, fee waivers, or other economic development tools, and to direct the City Manager to continue developing a Data Center Policy Framework.
