Discussion and action on a Resolution authorizing the City Manager to sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) by and between the CITY OF EL PASO (City), and the DONOR CHARM FOUNDATION, DONOR CHARM LLC, and EVOLVE7 DIGITAL MEDIA (collectively, the Driving Change Partners) in support of a safe-ride and impaired-driving prevention initiative expressly aimed at reducing DWI arrests, impaired-driving incidents, and casualties in El Paso.
