Finance Director recommends Council receive the estimated Tax Year 2026 Appraisal Roll, certify the anticipated collection rate, and appoint LaToya Stephenson and Alma Tamborello to calculate and publish the no-new-revenue and voter-approval tax rates under Truth-in-Taxation provisions.

RECOMMENDATION from the Director of the Finance Department that the City Council (1) receive the estimated Tax Year 2026 Appraisal Roll information, (2) certify the anticipated collection rate and (3)
