ADP Subcommittee did not meet, staff to collect highest priorities via email from ISAC and send them out prior to the next ADP Subcommittee meeting. Budget items must be finalized at the July meeting. Current FY27 Budget Priorities as identified at the April 8, 2026 Meeting include: - Encantada Box Culverts - Roadway Improvements/Island Mobility Plan Implementation - Visitors Center/QR Codes for Visitors - Welcome Sign - ADA Accessibility for South Packery Channel Jetty
- Encantada Box Culverts (pending LJA study results) - Discussion of striping for more pedestrian/bike traffic, implementation of Island Mobility Plan projects, need to look at the short term projects - QR code/Visitors Center - Welcome Sign - Accessibility for Packery Jetties
Staff will prepare presentation with possible project for inclusion in the FY27 budget while the ADP Subcommittee compiles their own list. Interest in finding more information about certain smaller projects that may have been forgotten or lost in the shuffle like the Mobility Plan Implementation items/phases (city staff to investigate).
