Council Member Vaughn moved to amend Items 7, 8, and 9 to a three-year lease term and remove the one three-year renewal option, seconded by Council Member Cantu and passed unanimously. Council Member Vaughn moved to approve the ordinances as amended, seconded by Council Member Roy. These Ordinances were passed on first reading as amended and approved with the following vote:
