Mayor Guajardo opened public comment. Amanda Guerra, Corpus Christi, TX and Robin Cox, Corpus Christi, TX, spoke. Mayor Guajardo closed public comment. Council Member Paxson moved to amend the ordinance to remove $200,000 for new parking strategy one-time expenses in the parking improvement fund and to take the item to Downtown Management District and Tax Reinvestment Zone No. 3 for discussion, seconded by Council Member Campos and approved with the following vote: Mayor Guajardo, Council Members Campos, Hernandez, Paxson, Roy, and Vaughn voting "yes," and Council Members Barrera and Scott voting "no." Council Member Cantu was absent. Council Member Barrera moved to approve the ordinance as amended, seconded by Council Member Paxson. This Ordinance was passed on first reading as amended and approved with the following vote:
