Water Utility

The Water Utility proposes a balanced FY2027 budget with increased water and wastewater system rates to cover infrastructure, contracted services, fund transfers, and operating costs. Residential Tier 1 and 2 volume rates would remain unchanged, while higher irrigation-oriented tiers would increase.
