Authorize execution of an agreement with the North Texas FIFA World Cup Organizing Committee for the design and construction of a mini pitch (small street soccer field) on an existing tennis court at Sylvania Park, and authorize City acceptance of the completed assets. The organizing committee will fund and construct the improvements at its sole cost and expense.
