Two downtown street projects will reduce E. Weatherford St. and E. Belknap St. to one open lane each during spring construction windows, with traffic delays expected on both corridors.

Authorizes condemnation by eminent domain to acquire sanitary sewer and temporary construction easements from property owned by DAD-USA Investment, Inc. at 5302 East Belknap Street in Haltom City for the Little Fossil Creek at Belknap St. Emergency M-292 Project, and adopts an appropriation ordinance for Water's contribution to the FY2026–2030 Capital Improvement Program.
