The city council is being asked to deny a request from Fort Worth Leased Housing Associates III, LP for a 50% property tax exemption under Texas Tax Code Section 11.1825 for the Cobblestone Manor affordable housing development, on the grounds that the city cannot afford the resulting loss of ad valorem tax revenue.
