Authorizes an engineering agreement with Kimley Horn and Associates, Inc. for up to $560,000 to design improvements at Chapel Hill, Cibolo Hill, Harriet Creek Ranch, and Kristi Jean Burbach parks, amending the FY2026-2030 Capital Improvement Program.
