Fort Worth assembles commission to guide data center policy

City Council initiated a process to regulate data center development, including a proposed 90-day moratorium, application requirements and creation of the Fort Worth Data Center & Infrastructure Commission. The commission will study energy, water, land-use, neighborhood, and fiscal impacts and report recommendations to Council.
