Mercantile Partners, L.P.

The city seeks to acquire approximately 3.23 acres at 3737 Northern Cross Boulevard from Mercantile Partners, L.P. for $2,126,760 (land at $2,111,760 plus up to $15,000 in closing costs) to site a pump station and ground storage tank, accompanied by an appropriation ordinance to fund the Water Department's contribution to the FY2026–2030 Capital Improvement Program.
