Plummer Associates, Inc.

Authorizes a $565,687.00 engineering design agreement with Alan Plummer and Associates, Inc. for the WSM-D Water and Sanitary Sewer Replacement Contract 2024 Lovell/Locke project (City Project No. 106210) in CD 3 and CD 6, and adopts an appropriation ordinance moving $854,541.00 of Water and Sewer PayGo funds into the Water and Sewer Capital Projects Fund as part of Water's contribution to the FY2026-2030 Capital Improvement Program.

Authorizes Amendment No. 4 adding $209,995.00 to an engineering agreement with Plummer Associates for the Mary's Creek Lift Station Site & Force Main Alignment Project, and adopts a resolution of intent to reimburse from future debt proceeds along with a Water department capital improvements appropriation ordinance.
