St. Stephen Presbyterian Church

Authorizes the purchase of 0.420 acres at 2505 Sandage Avenue from St. Stephen Presbyterian Church for $146,156 plus up to $10,000 in closing costs, to be dedicated as an addition to Forest Park, with an accompanying appropriation ordinance and amendment to the FY2026-2030 Capital Improvement Program.
