St. Stephen Presbyterian Church

The city authorizes acquisition of approximately 0.420 acres at 2505 Sandage Avenue from St. Stephen Presbyterian Church for $146,156, plus closing costs up to $10,000, to be dedicated as parkland and added to Forest Park, with an appropriation ordinance and amendment to the FY2026-2030 Capital Improvement Program.
