Bonds Ranch Lift Station, Force Main and Gravity Main Project

Authorizes a Design Procurement Agreement with MM Bonds 836, LLC for City participation up to $110,885.32 toward engineering design of a force main and gravity sewer main on Morris Dido Newark Road serving anticipated growth in North Fort Worth, adopts a resolution of official intent to reimburse expenditures with future enterprise fund debt, and adopts an appropriation ordinance moving $110,886.00 within the Water & Sewer Commercial Paper Fund to the Bonds Ranch Lift Station (A), Force Main, and Gravity Main project.

MM Bonds 836, LLC Design Procurement Agreement for Estates at Eagle Mountain Lake Gravity and Force Main

Authorizes the city to accept approximately 0.997 acres of real property in fee simple from MM Rio Claro 620 LLC on West Bonds Ranch Road for the Bonds Ranch Lift Station, Force Main, and Gravity Main Project.

Authorizes a $12,992,000 construction contract with CLW Water Group, LLC and a $520,000 engineering amendment with Freese and Nichols, Inc. for the Bonds Ranch Lift Station, Force Main and Gravity Main Project, along with a resolution expressing intent to reimburse expenditures with future debt proceeds and capital improvement appropriations.
