Community Facilities Agreement- Alpha Ranch Pkwy & Comancheria Way

Authorizes a Community Facilities Agreement and a Design Procurement Agreement with CTMTGT Alpha Ranch, LLC for city participation in the engineering and construction of approximately 12,986 linear feet of oversized water mains in North Fort Worth, adopts a resolution of intent to reimburse from future debt proceeds, and adopts an appropriation ordinance adjusting the Water and Sewer Commercial Paper Fund.
