Everman Parkway (Rosedale Springs) Project

Authorizes acquisition of drainage and utility/drainage/slope easements from Fort Worth Everman/Risinger Development, LLC at 9400 Southwest Drive for $469,650 plus up to $5,000 in closing costs (total $474,650) in support of the Everman Parkway (Rosedale Springs) Project under the 2022 Bond Program.

Authorizes Amendment No. 2 adding $245,000 to an engineering services agreement with Freese and Nichols, Inc., bringing the revised contract total to $1,241,220, for continued engineering work on the Everman Parkway (Rosedale Springs) Project under the 2022 Bond Program.
