Authorization to acquire approximately 3.18 acres in drainage and utility easements from Fort Worth Everman/Risinger Development, LLC at 9400 Southwest Drive for the Everman Parkway (Rosedale Springs) Project, funded by the 2022 Bond Program, for a total cost of $474,650.
