Marine Creek Sanitary Sewer Parallel Interceptor Project

Adopts an appropriation ordinance of $700,000 to fund increased project costs for the M-199 C-R Sanitary Sewer Parallel Interceptor Project, representing the Water department's contribution to the FY 2026–2030 Capital Improvement Program.

Authorizes Amendment No. 3 to an engineering agreement with Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc., adding $278,400 for water and sanitary sewer replacement work on the Marine Creek Sanitary Sewer Parallel Interceptor Project. Also adopts an appropriation ordinance to fund this amendment as part of the FY2026-2030 Capital Improvement Program.
