Municipal Drainage Utility System

Public hearing and ordinance amending City Code Section 12.5-340 to raise Municipal Drainage Utility System monthly stormwater rates by $0.36 per Equivalent Residential Unit (a 5% increase) as part of the Transportation and Public Works FY2027 budget request, funding mid-sized flood mitigation projects, capital partnership participation, and a new inspection position.
