Oak Grove Park Project

Accepts an Urban Outdoor Recreation Grant of up to $1.5M from the Texas Parks & Wildlife Department for the Oak Grove Park Project, with a matching city contribution of up to $1.5M, for a total project budget of up to $3M; also adopts appropriation ordinances and amends the FY 2026-2030 Capital Improvement Program under the 2022 Bond Program.
