Pharr Street Storm Drain

Council is asked to authorize Amendment No. 1 to the Westwood Professional Services engineering agreement for design of the Pharr Street Storm Drain project, raising the contract to $509,520. An appropriation ordinance transfers PayGo funds to the Water and Sewer Capital Projects Fund.
