Silver Creek Lift Station, Force Main and Gravity Main, Part 3

Corrects a prior council communication (25-0800) to revise the contract award amount to $10,992,057 with Acadia Services, LLC for construction of the Silver Creek Lift Station, Force Main and Gravity Main, Part 3, and adopts appropriation ordinances to fund a portion of Water's fiscal years 2026–2030 capital improvement program.
