Texas A&M-Fort Worth

Authorizes negotiation and execution of a Parking Garage License Agreement with the Texas A&M University System allowing use of up to 125 parking spaces at the City's 1012 Burnett Street parking garage to support the Texas A&M Fort Worth Campus project. Terms include a two-year initial term with one-year renewals and rates to be finalized in negotiations.

The Texas A&M University System opened the eight-story, 228,000-square-foot Law & Education Building at its new downtown Fort Worth campus and broke ground on the Research & Innovation Building-A, anchors of the planned Switchyard Innovation District projected to support 25,000 jobs and $3 billion in annual economic activity.
