Following a public hearing, the council will adopt an ordinance creating Tax Abatement Reinvestment Zone No. 116 at Veale Ranch and authorize a 10-year tax abatement agreement with EDC Fort Worth LLC for development of a data center on approximately 186.5 acres near IH-20 and FM 2871.
