Meeting times have changed due to weather conditions. City Council will conduct a work session at noon Tuesday, Jan. 27, followed by executive session and Council meeting starting at 2 p.m. Housing Finance Corporation will follow Council. View the agendas.
A City Council meeting will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 27, in the council chamber on the upper level of City Hall, 100 Fort Worth Trail.
There will be a presentation recognizing Texas Holocaust Remembrance Week.
The Council will vote on the following items:
A resolution authorizing a funding agreement with the Texas Department of Transportation for the CentrePort Trail for over $15 million.
The acceptance of grants from the Office of the Texas Governor for the Victims of Crime Act and Peace Officers Mental Health.
The acceptance of $50,000 in funds to support the animal transportation program for Fort Worth Animal Care & Control.
The execution of the design, construction and maintenance of a Street Soccer Field at Hillside Park.
A resolution to rename Fort Worth Animal Care & Control’s North Animal Campus to “Henry’s Animal Campus.”
Residents may speak during the public comment portion of the agenda. Per Council Rules of Procedure:
Individual presentations are limited to three minutes.
Group presentations are limited to six minutes.
Time limits may be adjusted at the mayor’s discretion.
