HighHigh significance — major decision, large financial impact, or broad community effectFort Worth residents have until March 31 to register and log qualifying minutes. Families with young children can count shared story times toward both adult and youth totals, and a registration prize is available at any branch upon signing up via Beanstack.

Journalist

LowLow significance — routine or procedural itemThis is a routine annual library program with no disclosed cost, prize budget, or participation targets. The most defensible follow-up question is whether the city has tracked year-over-year enrollment through Beanstack, which would indicate whether the program is growing or declining in reach.
