Resident
HighHigh significance — major decision, large financial impact, or broad community effectFort Worth residents seeking seasonal employment have a narrow window: the job fair is March 14 and applications close March 16. The Camp Leader role is accessible to anyone 16 or older, making it relevant for high school students and first-time workers in any of the 21 program neighborhoods.
Journalist
LowLow significance — routine or procedural itemThe Literacy Support Specialist wage of $35/hour — nearly double the Camp Leader floor — and its Texas driver's license requirement stand out in a standard parks hiring announcement. Worth verifying whether this role is new this season and whether it is tied to any grant-funded literacy initiative.
