Beginning Thursday, March 12, Consumer Health’s Customer Service Office will relocate to City Hall, 100 Fort Worth Trail, Fifth Floor. The office is open to the public 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.

What is moving? These Consumer Health services will move from the current location to City Hall:

Obtaining permits

Paying permit fees, temporary event fees or reinspection fees

General customer service assistance on Consumer Health services

Classes and in-person training schedules may vary. Please contact the Customer Service Office for specific course information.
