Dream Park will be closed April 13-May 6 for its annual maintenance period, which includes deep cleaning and repairs.
Since opening in April 2019, Frank Kent’s Dream Park has exceeded all expectations in both use and popularity. To protect this major community investment, Park & Recreation schedules a yearly closure to complete work that cannot be done while the playground is open. The selected timeframe also aligns with typical Mayfest setup, minimizing disruption for families while offering the best chance for favorable weather needed for repairs.
During Dream Park’s temporary closure, visit Trinity Park’s other playground near the Duck Pond. Fort Worth also offers additional all-inclusive playgrounds, including:
Patricia LeBlanc Park, 6300 Granbury Cut-Off St., in southwest Fort Worth
North Park, 9000 N. Beach St., in north Fort Worth.
