Movies That Matter, a film series program offered in conjunction with the City of Fort Worth Human Relations Commission, presents “The Revolution Generation” at 7 p.m. Thursday, May 28, at the Modern Art Museum of Fort Worth, 3200 Darnell St.

About the film: “The Revolution Generation” (2021, NR/language, 78 min.) is an exploration of the world-changing activism and potential of the largest youth generation in history. The film shows examples of young leaders working to revolutionize systems that have failed their generation. It paints a powerful and hopeful picture of how today's youth can solve global political and environmental crises.

Worth mentioning: Movies That Matter is a free, quarterly film series that highlights important human and civil rights issues. Each event features a film screening, followed by a moderated discussion offering space for reflection and dialogue. Screenings are held in March, June, September and December.
