A Fort Worth City Council meeting will be conducted at 6 p.m. Tuesday, June 9, in the Council Chamber at City Hall, 100 Fort Worth Trail.
Councilmembers will vote on multiple agenda items at the meeting, including:
A $100 million economic development agreement with Austin-based Seco Ventures to support construction of a new multifamily property on the corner of North Main Street and Northeast Fourth Street in Council District 2. The project is expected to include a 12-story apartment tower with ground-floor retail and could become the first major private development on Panther Island.
A 10-year management agreement for the Will Rogers Memorial Center, along with funding associated with the transition of employees and operations to a new management structure.
Adopting Fort Worth's new Master Transportation Plan, which will serve as the City's blueprint for future transportation investments and policies.
Beginning the process to issue up to $104 million in certificates of obligation to fund street, facility and infrastructure improvements across Fort Worth.
Amendments totaling more than $9.7 million to the Crime Control and Prevention District (CCPD) budget to support a variety of public safety initiatives and programs aimed at crime prevention, law enforcement and community safety efforts across Fort Worth.
Several items tied to FIFA World Cup preparations, including public safety grant funding and parking-related accommodations for an estimated five-week event period downtown.
Up to $25 million through the federal Safe Streets for All program for safety, technology and operational improvements along the East Berry Street corridor from Interstate 35 to Miller Avenue.
Several major transportation projects, including a $35.4 million contract for the McCart Avenue and McPherson Boulevard project and a $22.3 million contract for Bonds Ranch Road widening improvements.
A resolution authorizing the City to apply for up to $55 million from the Texas Water Development Board to support water infrastructure improvements.
Appointing new District 10 Councilmember Chris Jamieson to several boards and organizations, including the Fort Worth Housing Finance Corporation, Tax Increment Reinvestment Zones and FW Sports Authority.
Councilmembers will also vote on 18 zoning cases.

Residents may speak during the public comment portion of the agenda. Per Council Rules of Procedure:
Individual presentations are limited to three minutes.
Group presentations are limited to six minutes.
Time limits may be adjusted at the mayor’s discretion.
