On Thursday, Oct. 15, the Toys for Tots Fort Worth program will officially kick off its 2026 toy drive at Fort Worth City Hall from 6:45-9:30 a.m. The event is open to the public, and residents and City employees are encouraged to celebrate the start of the holiday season by bringing a new, unwrapped toy to donate.
Toys for Tots is a national effort of the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve, the Marine Toys for Tots Foundation and thousands of community volunteers dedicated to collecting and distributing toys to children who might otherwise experience the holidays without a gift.
The event will feature holiday fun, including a special appearance by Santa Claus, a performance by the Texas Girls Choir and more. Guests can also enjoy breakfast, with two food trucks on site. Those who bring a toy donation will receive a free beverage, and the first 100 attendees will receive $5 off their food-truck purchase.
