Authorizes negotiation of a 60-month lease with Austin Wildlife Rescue for vacant City land and parking at 7201 Levander Loop, with three five-year extension options. The lease is $100 annually and is projected to generate $500 in additional Animal Services operating revenue through fiscal years 2026–2031.

Authorize negotiation and execution of a lease agreement with Austin Wildlife Rescue, a Texas non-profit corporation, for a term of 60 months, with three additional five-year extension options, for ap
