Liability Reserve Budget

Authorize an amendment to the legal services agreement with Richards Rodriguez & Skeith to represent the City and individual officers in Glen and Mindy Shield v. City of Austin. The amendment adds $455,500, bringing the contract ceiling to $609,500.
