Approve a resolution declaring the City's official intent to reimburse itself from proceeds of tax-exempt general obligation debt totaling $131,680,000 to finance building renovations at City facilities, a Waller Creek park, citywide mobility improvements, animal services facility enhancements, Workday HR system expansion, technology upgrades, and acquisition of vehicles and dispatch radio consoles. The bond issuance is planned for August 2027 or later.
