Ratification of two construction services contracts with TCS Mechanical, LLC and Underground Water Solutions Company for the Emma S. Barrientos Mexican American Cultural Center Emergency Leak Repair Project, not to exceed $700,000 divided among the firms. Funding comes from the capital budgets of Austin Parks and Recreation and Austin Facilities Management.
