McKinney Mill Project

Resolution authorizing eminent domain proceedings and payment to acquire an 18.468-acre fee simple tract from TPS Parking Austin Two, LLC in Del Valle for the McKinney Mill Project, preserving the historically designated McKinney Mill site and enabling a long-range extension of the Ann and Roy Butler hike and bike trail along the Colorado River. The property is appraised at $1,137,976, funded from the Austin Parks and Recreation Capital Budget.
