#37Public hearing and accompanying ordinance to rezone property on the south side of Eldorado Parkway approximately 180 feet east of South Custer Road from Planned Development District (PD) to Local Commercial District (C2).

#38Public hearing to consider a City-initiated request to amend Article VI, Conveyance of Land for Recreational Areas and Facilities, of the Code of Ordinances.
