Authorizes the acceptance of a land donation near Commerce and Ervay Streets from three related entities and initiates negotiations for a tenant lease of approximately 2,500 square feet of improved land as part of the 1607 Commerce Street Land Dedication Project.

Authorization to accept a land donation near the intersection of Commerce and Ervay Streets from Slaughter Partners, LP and related entities, and to negotiate a tenant lease of approximately 2,500 square feet of improved land for the 1607 Commerce Street Land Dedication Project, funded from the General Fund not to exceed $2,000 plus closing costs.
