Estate of Mary Nell Cash

Authorizes increased funding and settlement of a condemnation case to acquire two commercial parcels totaling about 6.7 acres for the Dallas Floodway Extension Project.

Authorize the (1) deposit of the amount awarded by the Special Commissioners in the condemnation proceeding styled CITY OF DALLAS VS. VALLEY PROTEINS, INC., ESTATE OF VIRGINIA CASH and ESTATE OF MARY

Authorizes an expanded acquisition area and condemnation by eminent domain of approximately 6.7 acres of commercial property from Valley Proteins, Inc. and two Cash estates on Pontiac Avenue near Cedar Crest Boulevard for the Dallas Floodway Extension Project, at a total cost not to exceed $1,230,000.
