Authorization to amend and extend an existing lease with SVEA DB Holdings II, LLC for approximately 5,500 square feet of office and clinic space at 2851 Dairy Road, Garland, to operate as a Women, Infants and Children (WIC) Clinic from January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2030, not to exceed $691,754.28 funded by grant.
