Bridge Management Program

Authorizes Supplemental Agreement No. 10 with Wiss, Janney, Elstner Associates, Inc. for continued engineering, construction inspection, and bridge monitoring services under the Bridge Management Program in support of the Infrastructure Management Plan, increasing the contract by $351,000.00 to a new total of $2,384,921.00.
