Canada Drive Project

Authorizes Supplemental Agreement No. 1 with Raba Kistner, Inc. for additional construction material testing services on the Canada Drive Project, increasing the contract by $98,538 to a new total not-to-exceed of $197,389, and extending the contract term to February 2026.
