A public hearing and subsequent Resolution of No Objection authorizing Roseland Homes and its affiliate DHA Housing Solutions for North Texas to apply to the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs for 2026 4% Non-Competitive Low Income Housing Tax Credits for a housing development at 3535 and 3335 Munger Avenue.
