Water Delivery Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition and Meandering Way High Improvements Project

Authorizes Supplemental Agreement No. 1 to the professional engineering services contract with CDM Smith, Inc., increasing the contract by up to $604,896 (from $2,530,000 to $3,134,896) for additional services on the Water Delivery SCADA and Meandering Way High Improvements Project.
