42-INCH WATERLINE FROM CLEAR LAKE CITY WATER AUTHORITY WATER PLANT NO. 3 TO LEAGUE CITY BOOSTER PUMP STATION PROJECT

Authorizes depositing the Special Commissioners' award into the court registry and paying court costs for an eminent-domain case supporting a 42-inch waterline project.
